About this program
The Next New Jersey Manufacturing Program provides large-scale tax credits for qualifying manufacturing projects that create jobs and make capital investments in New Jersey. The program includes stackable bonuses for state-certified Minority Business Enterprises and other business certifications. Deadline notes: Applications remain open until all funds are committed or March 1, 2029, whichever comes first. Notes: Minority relevance is through the explicit NJ MBE stackable bonus.
Eligibility
Eligible manufacturing businesses making at least $10 million in capital investment, creating at least 20 new full-time jobs, and meeting program requirements; certified MBEs may receive bonus consideration.
Requirements
- Submit the NJEDA application, project cost analysis, employee log, certification materials, labor compliance documentation, and required business and tax documents.
