About this program

Rhode Island Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing allows eligible commercial and industrial property owners to finance energy efficiency, renewable energy, resiliency, and water conservation improvements and repay costs through a property assessment. Warwick commercial property owners may use C-PACE when the municipality and project meet program requirements.

Eligibility

Eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners in participating Rhode Island communities with qualifying clean energy or resiliency projects.

Confirm Warwick participation and property eligibility with RI C-PACE program administrator
Obtain eligible project scope, savings documentation, lender terms, and mortgage holder consent when required
Close financing and repay through the approved property assessment structure
