Graduated Lab Space Incentive Program
Grants of up to $3.5 million covering up to one-third of lab fit-out costs (up to $70/sq ft for 50,000 sq ft) for companies building or expanding lab space in Delaware, with preference for wet-lab industries.

Eligibility
Open to existing and new-to-Delaware companies requiring lab space for production (not just research). Must be scaling and commercializing R&D, create direct full-time jobs, and commit to remain in the space for five years. Preference given to advanced materials, chemistry, and biotechnology.
