Eligibility
Iowa-based small businesses that are creditworthy but unable to fully meet a lender's collateral requirements. Construction and trades firms are eligible. Loans must be between $50,000 and $250,000.
Requirements
- Must be an Iowa-based small business
- Must work through a participating commercial lender
- Loan amount must be between $50,000 and $250,000
