Eligibility
Municipalities, councils of governments, businesses, economic development organizations, public transportation agencies, and ports. Projects must have total costs of $100,000 or more. Applications accepted annually March 1-July 31.
Requirements
- Eligible applicants include municipalities, COGs, businesses, EDOs, and transit agencies
- Project total cost must be $100,000 or more
- Grant maximum: $3,000,000 per project
