Eligibility
For-profit businesses at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by Asian, Black, Hispanic, or Native American U.S. citizens; located in Colorado, Kansas, Western Missouri, or Nebraska.
Requirements
- At least 51% owned and controlled by an ethnic minority (Asian, Black, Hispanic, or Native American)
- Owner is a U.S. citizen
- For-profit business in Kansas or other Mountain Plains region state
