Aviation Development Zone Tax Credit
Colorado state income tax credit of $1,200 per new full-time employee for businesses involved in maintenance, repair, completion, or modification of aircraft within designated Aviation Development Zones at Colorado airports.
About this program
Stackable with other Colorado incentive programs. Useful for aviation MRO and completion centers at qualifying Colorado airports. Distinct from Enterprise Zone credits but may apply to overlapping locations.
Eligibility
Businesses (or business divisions) involved in aircraft maintenance, repair, completion, or modification (MRO) located within the boundaries of an airport designated as an Aviation Development Zone. Must hire net new full-time employees in qualifying activities.
