About this program
Maryland’s SSBCI Neighborhood BusinessWorks Loan Participation Program uses federal State Small Business Credit Initiative funds to expand financing for small businesses. Baltimore businesses can benefit when lenders and DHCD use the program to participate in eligible neighborhood business loans.
Eligibility
Maryland small businesses in eligible locations working with participating lenders and meeting SSBCI and NBW program criteria.
Requirements
- Apply through an eligible lender or DHCD program pathway
- Provide business, ownership, financial, collateral, and use-of-funds documentation
- Meet SSBCI, lender, and NBW eligibility requirements
