Eligibility
Rhode Island residents age 65 and older, or adults age 19 to 64 with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, may qualify if they need home and community-based supports and meet income and needs-assessment requirements.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a Rhode Island resident.
- Applicant must be age 65 or older, or age 19 to 64 with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia.
- Applicant must meet income limits, with annual income capped at 250 percent of the federal poverty level.
