Facade RENEW was launched by the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority with design partners to incentivize commercial property and small business owners to revitalize storefronts and building facades along targeted commercial corridors.
Eligibility
Eligible commercial property and small business owners in targeted New Orleans commercial corridors.
Requirements
- Property must be in an eligible corridor
- Submit eligible facade improvement project
- Complete approved improvements
