Cincinnati receives Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS resources as part of its HUD entitlement grant portfolio. HOPWA supports eligible housing assistance and supportive services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS and their families.

Eligible nonprofit providers and public partners serving income-qualified people living with HIV/AIDS and their families in the Cincinnati HOPWA service area.
Requirements
- Serve eligible HOPWA beneficiaries and document income and diagnosis-related eligibility
- Submit housing or service budget, program design, and performance measures
- Comply with HUD reporting, confidentiality, procurement, and grant administration requirements
