Women-owned businesses in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and southern New Jersey that meet WBENC certification or WBEC East program requirements.
Requirements
- Apply for WBENC certification or register for WBEC East training through the regional partner process.
- Demonstrate qualifying woman ownership, control, and management for certification where applicable.
