Eligibility
Private businesses, eligible nonprofits, and local government entities in the Visalia-area RMDZ with projects that process, reuse, repair, reduce, or manufacture products using California waste-stream materials.
Requirements
- Operate or propose an eligible project in a Recycling Market Development Zone serving Visalia
- Use funds for eligible recycling market development, repair, reuse, source reduction, equipment, facility, or related business costs
- Demonstrate that the project uses, processes, diverts, repairs, reuses, or markets materials from California's waste stream
