Nurses working in independent private practices located in Tier 1 or Tier 2 counties of North Carolina's County Distress Rankings.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed nurse in North Carolina
- Must work in an independent private practice
- Practice must be located in Tier 1 or Tier 2 distress-ranked NC county
