About this program
The Age-Friendly Grants Program funds local government and nonprofit organizations to assess, plan, and develop local age-friendly initiatives that support older adults and implement recommendations from the New Jersey Age-Friendly Blueprint. Deadline notes: Deadlines are announced by the Division of Aging Services or its program partners. Notes: Statewide older-adult community design and support grant program.
Eligibility
New Jersey local government and nonprofit organizations proposing age-friendly community initiatives.
Requirements
- Submit the required application with community assessment or implementation plan, older-adult engagement strategy, budget, timeline, and organizational documentation.
