Eligibility
Private owners of commercial buildings in downtown districts where a new or expanded for-profit restaurant or food service business will operate. Local government must apply. At least 51% of jobs created or retained must benefit low-to-moderate income persons.
Requirements
- Local unit of government must apply on behalf of the business
- Building must be a privately-owned commercial building in a downtown area
- At least 51% of jobs created or retained must be LMI
