About this program
The City of Saint Paul administers Community Development Block Grant funds from HUD to support activities that create suitable living environments, provide decent affordable housing, and create economic opportunities primarily for low- and moderate-income residents. Community organizations are invited to apply for CDBG funds through the City on the City's funding cycle.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations, community organizations, public agencies, and qualified project sponsors serving Saint Paul residents or neighborhoods may apply during the City's CDBG application cycle.
Requirements
- Project must serve Saint Paul residents or neighborhoods.
- Activity must meet a HUD CDBG national objective.
- Applicant must be an eligible organization or implementing partner under CDBG rules.
