Eligibility
Qualified nonprofit homeless service providers and city partners serving eligible Long Beach residents experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Requirements
- Apply through the city or Continuum of Care funding process when available
- Document eligible clients, service model, budget, and compliance capacity
- Meet HUD ESG reporting, HMIS, written standards, and financial documentation requirements
