Eligibility
Texas agricultural producers including crop farmers, livestock producers, forestry operations, hydroponics, nursery stock, and aquaculture businesses. Cost share requirements vary by award size: 10% match for awards up to $100,000; 20% for $100,000–$250,000; 30% for awards over $250,000.
