SBA's WOSB program enables Utah women-owned small businesses to compete for federal set-aside contracts in industries where women are underrepresented. EDWOSB designation available for economically disadvantaged women. Self-certify at certifications.sba.gov.

Eligibility
Small businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by women who are U.S. citizens, operating in an underrepresented industry. EDWOSB requires owner's adjusted gross income ≤$400k or personal net worth ≤$750k.
