Eligibility
Eligible participants include Ohio cannabis licensees and ancillary businesses that meet OHCANN membership categories for cultivators, processors, dispensaries, testing laboratories, or industry partners.
Requirements
- Operate as an Ohio cannabis licensee or eligible ancillary cannabis business.
- Select and maintain the appropriate OHCANN membership category.
- Provide company contact, license, and membership information.
