Grants of $5,000 to $50,000 for rural Kansas communities (population 5,000 or less) for food retail quality-of-life projects, including food service and restaurant establishments that serve community needs.

Communities in 78 designated Kansas counties with populations of 5,000 or less. Food retail is an eligible project category which can support food service businesses.
