Individuals and organizations located in current or graduated Transformative Development Initiative (TDI) Districts in Massachusetts Gateway Cities. Projects must support public-facing arts, culture, or creative economy initiatives.
Requirements

- Project must support arts, culture, or creative economy activities
- Must demonstrate public-facing benefit
