Maryland SSBCI program provides loans to CDFIs to re-lend to SEDI-owned small businesses located in CDFI investment areas.
Eligibility
Eligible small businesses owned and operated by SEDI individuals and located in CDFI investment areas apply through participating CDFIs.
Requirements
- Less than 500 employees
- Proof of private capital match (4:1 for non-SEDI/VSB, 2.3:1 for SEDI/VSB, minimum 1:1)
- Business located in CDFI Investment area
