Eligibility
A municipality, city, town, metro township, county, or Area of Government (AOG) in rural Utah. Rural counties may receive up to $800,000 of combined state funds per fiscal year.

- Requires matching funds from awardees
- FY2025 application open September 15, 2025 through October 31, 2025
