About this program
The University of the Virgin Islands Center for Excellence in Leadership and Learning offers workforce training, certification, entrepreneurship, and professional development programs that help St. Thomas residents and businesses build skills and improve competitiveness.
Eligibility
St. Thomas entrepreneurs, workers, employers, and small businesses seeking workforce training, certification, or professional development support.
Requirements
- Register for eligible UVI CELL training or business programs
- Provide participant, employer, training, or scholarship information when required
- Complete course, attendance, payment, and credential requirements
