Eligibility
Municipalities, not-for-profit economic development organizations, and other eligible site-development applicants preparing sites for advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, logistics, and other employers.
Requirements
- Submit eligible site development or infrastructure project through ESD.
- Show project readiness, site control, economic development potential, and eligible industrial uses.
- Follow ESD program guidelines and reporting requirements.
