Eligibility
Applicants generally must be South Carolina residents age 55 or older, unemployed, have poor employment prospects, and meet income guidelines at or below 125 percent of the federal poverty level.
Requirements

- Applicant must complete intake and eligibility documentation through the South Carolina SCSEP network.
