The Neighborhood Preservation Program uses CDBG and program income resources to support housing rehabilitation, code-related improvements, and neighborhood preservation activities for eligible Meriden households and properties.
Eligibility
Income-qualified Meriden homeowners, housing partners, and eligible neighborhood preservation projects meeting local and HUD requirements.
