Louisiana High Impact Jobs Program
Louisiana provides reimbursement grants to high-wage job creators that meet new job, payroll, and investment requirements.
About this program
The Louisiana High Impact Jobs Program is a new incentive designed to support high-wage job creation in Louisiana. Eligible companies that create at least one new job meeting program requirements may receive reimbursement grant benefits after paying qualifying payroll and meeting program criteria. Claims begin no earlier than July 1, 2026, or after 12 months of payroll, whichever is later.
Eligibility
Eligible Louisiana companies creating qualifying high-wage new jobs may apply for High Impact Jobs Program reimbursement benefits.
Requirements
- Business must create at least one qualifying new job in Louisiana.
- New jobs must meet program wage and payroll requirements.
- Applicant must apply and receive approval through Louisiana Economic Development.
