Eligibility
Eligible applicants include businesses at least 51 percent owned, managed, and controlled by qualifying minority individuals, including Native American owners who meet NMSDC and OMSDC certification standards.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned, managed, and controlled by qualifying minority owner or owners, including Native American owners.
- Operate as a for-profit business and provide required business documentation.
- Submit ownership, control, tax, formation, and management records through the certification process.
