About this program
Santa Fe’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund supports affordable housing activities that help residents live in Santa Fe. The fund is guided by the city’s affordable housing plan and Community Development Commission priorities and can support development, preservation, rehabilitation, rental assistance, homeownership, and housing services.
Eligibility
Eligible affordable housing developers, nonprofits, public agencies, housing service providers, and projects meeting Santa Fe affordable housing priorities.
Requirements
- Project must align with the city affordable housing plan and funding priorities
- Submit scope, budget, financing plan, affordability commitments, and applicant documentation
- Comply with New Mexico Affordable Housing Act, city agreement, reporting, and affordability requirements
