The Neighborhood BusinessWorks SSBCI Loan Participation Program assists Maryland small businesses with working capital and owner-occupied real estate acquisition or renovation. The program is open to Maryland small businesses with fewer than 500 employees, with priority for very small businesses with fewer than 10 employees and businesses owned or operated by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Applications are accepted through the DHCD Neighborhood BusinessWorks portal.
