Eligibility
Minority-owned and other under-resourced Oregon small businesses may access MESO lending and technical assistance when they meet loan underwriting and program requirements.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to operate a small business in Oregon or Southwest Washington
- Complete MESO intake and loan-readiness steps
- Provide business plan, financial, credit, and collateral information as requested
