About this program
USDA Business and Industry Loan Guarantees help lenders finance eligible rural businesses for working capital, equipment, real estate, debt refinancing, and expansion. Rapid City-area rural businesses may qualify when the project location is in a USDA-eligible rural area.
Eligibility
Eligible rural businesses, cooperatives, nonprofits, federally recognized tribes, and public bodies in USDA-eligible rural areas near Rapid City.
Requirements
- Apply through a participating lender
- Confirm rural location and eligible use of funds
- Provide lender underwriting, business financials, collateral, environmental information, and USDA application materials
