About this program
The Grand Forks Growth Fund, a Jobs Development Authority, is the primary economic development funding program for the City of Grand Forks. It is funded by local sales tax, loan and lease repayments, bonding, and federal funding sources and supports business incentive loans and economic development projects.
Eligibility
Businesses with qualifying startup, expansion, retention, relocation, or job-creating projects in Grand Forks.
Requirements
- Submit Growth Fund business incentive loan application through the Grand Forks Region EDC and city process
- Provide business plan, financial statements, project budget, jobs, investment, and use-of-funds documentation
- Meet underwriting, public benefit, repayment, collateral, and JDA approval requirements
