Eligibility
In-state manufacturers of qualifying products developed in Oklahoma may be eligible for income tax benefits when the product is patented or patent-pending and registered with OCAST.
Requirements
- Develop and manufacture the product in Oklahoma
- Have a patent or patent-pending status for the product
- Register the qualifying product with OCAST
