Eligibility
Oregon manufacturing, processing, distribution, and other traded-sector businesses may apply for loan participation financing for eligible fixed assets, working capital, or expansion projects that create or retain jobs.
Requirements
- Operate or expand in Oregon as a traded-sector business such as manufacturing, processing, or distribution
- Demonstrate job creation or job retention benefits
- Provide project budget, business financials, collateral, and lender participation information
