Eligibility
Eligible applicants include small and medium-sized manufacturers or property managers applying on behalf of eligible manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania for projects that reduce greenhouse gas or co-pollutant emissions.
Requirements
- Operate or manage an eligible Pennsylvania small or medium-sized manufacturing facility.
- Complete or obtain a qualifying technical assessment when required.
- Propose eligible emissions-reduction, energy-efficiency, or industrial decarbonization measures.
