Eligibility
New York State businesses in qualifying sectors that train employees or host interns in advanced technology, life sciences, software development, or clean energy. Requires prior ESD approval.
Requirements
- Business must operate in a qualifying sector
- Submit CFA to ESD before training begins
- Receive Certificate of Conditional Eligibility
