The Montana Board of Investments participates in lender loans to provide fixed-rate financing for eligible Montana business projects.
About this program
The Montana Board of Investments Business Loan Participation Program provides fixed-rate financing through approved lenders rather than direct lending to businesses. Approved lenders submit loan reservations and applications, and the Board may participate in up to 80% of the lender loan when loan-to-value is 75% or less. Financing can be used for eligible business projects and job creation credits may reduce the Board's interest rate by up to 2.50%.

Montana businesses seeking fixed-rate project financing through a Board-approved lender.
Requirements
