About this program
San Antonio's PACE program enables owners of commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and large multifamily properties to access long-term financing for energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy, and resiliency improvements.
Eligibility
Owners of eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, or large multifamily properties in San Antonio.
Requirements
- Qualifying real property improvement project
- Work with PACE administrator and meet Texas PACE underwriting and assessment requirements
