Eligibility
Eligible applicants include government agencies, other governmental bodies created under state law, federally recognized Native American tribes, and nonprofit organizations proposing public recreational trail projects in Rhode Island.
Requirements
- Applicant must be an eligible government agency, public body, federally recognized tribe, or nonprofit organization.
- Project must develop, improve, restore, or maintain recreational trails or trail-side and trailhead facilities.
- Trails must be open to the general public.
