Eligibility
Spouses accompanying an active military member on official permanent-change-of-station orders to a Hawaii military installation who hold a license in another U.S. jurisdiction may be eligible, subject to the specific profession's rules.
Requirements
- Apply online through Hawaii's MyPVL system using the temporary military spouse license method when available.
- Provide the completed military spouse application form and profession-specific documentation.
- Submit proof of marriage, PCS orders, current out-of-state license, and any required board materials.
