NMSDC-affiliated MBE certification for Maryland minority-owned businesses; CRMSDC serves the Maryland/DC/Virginia Capital Region; as of September 2025 all certifications migrated to the NMSDC Hub directly; connects certified MBEs to procurement opportunities with major corporations; distinct from MDOT MBE certification, which is for state government contracts.

For-profit businesses at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by an ethnic minority U.S. citizen in the Maryland/DC/Virginia area.
