Food Hub Grant Program
The Food Hub Grant Program, authorized by Act 313 (2022) and with rules finalized in 2026, provides grants up to $100,000 to support the establishment of food hubs in Hawaii.

Eligibility
Entities in Hawaii seeking to establish or operate a food hub that aggregates, stores, processes, or distributes locally produced agricultural products.
Requirements
- Must be establishing or operating a food hub in Hawaii
- Must comply with Chapter 4-61 rules governing the Food Hub Grant Program
- Must apply through DAB during open application periods
