Comcast RISE Program
Corporate program awarding small businesses cash grants, marketing services, technology makeovers, and creative production in select U.S. markets.
About this program
Comcast RISE (Representation, Investment, Strength, and Empowerment) provides eligible small businesses with a comprehensive package: a monetary grant (most recently $5,000), a 90-day linear TV media schedule, turnkey 30-second commercial production, technology makeovers, educational resources, and business consultation. Since launching in 2020, RISE has delivered over $160 million in support to nearly 15,000 small businesses. The program initially focused on Black-owned businesses, then expanded to BIPOC- and women-owned businesses, and now selects regional markets each year.
Eligibility
Small businesses at least 51% independently owned (by an individual owner who is the primary decision-maker), in operation for at least one year, with fewer than 100 employees (25 for tech makeover), located in eligible regional markets for each application cycle. Past Comcast RISE grant recipients are not eligible.
Requirements
- Confirm business is in an eligible regional ZIP code for the current cycle
- Complete the Eligibility Criteria Form on the Comcast RISE portal
- Submit the full application including business narrative
