About this program
Oregon received $84 million through the federal State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI 2.0) to support small business access to capital. Funds are deployed through venture capital programs, loan participation programs, and loan guarantee programs. Targeted to small businesses in underserved communities, minority-owned businesses, and businesses in rural areas.
Eligibility
Oregon small businesses. Priority for minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and rural businesses.
