About this program
MDHA administers HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds on behalf of Metro Nashville to support affordable housing activities serving low-income households. HOME funds may support affordable rental or homeownership housing development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and related housing work carried out by qualified developers, nonprofit housing organizations, CHDOs, and public partners.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, CHDOs, nonprofit housing organizations, public partners, and eligible housing providers with projects serving low-income households in Nashville-Davidson County may seek HOME funding when available.
Requirements
- Project must serve eligible low-income households in Nashville-Davidson County.
- Applicant must be an eligible housing developer, CHDO, nonprofit, public partner, or housing provider.
- Project must meet HUD HOME eligible activity and affordability requirements.
