About this program
The First Industries Fund strengthens Pennsylvania agriculture and tourism industries through loan guarantees and related financing for land, building, machinery, equipment, and working capital needs.
Eligibility
Eligible for-profit business enterprises and nonprofit organizations engaged in tourism-related activities or agriculture projects in Pennsylvania, working through enrolled lending institutions.
Requirements
- Work with an enrolled lending institution
- Provide project and borrower documentation
- Use funds for eligible agriculture or tourism costs
